此次艺术展主要展出了与展览主题同名的电影短片“utopia：feed your thoughts”。这是一个具有研究， 探索和教育意义的展览。我们希望通过展览的平台搜集现实社会中人们对乌托邦社会的想像。此次展览也是艺术展览的一次创新实验。把艺术展搬进曼谷最大的商业购物区，我们得到了不同年龄不同社会背景的观众。通过收集观众对乌托邦的想象与理解，让更多的人意识和思考当下的社会环境是如何影响人们的生活的。

作为此次展览策展人以及展出短片导演，雷洋认为展览形式的多样化和作品内容的当代性将给观众不同的观影和观展经历。以老电影和影像资料为资源、用文化考古的姿态挖掘档案资料反映当代社会的问题和思考是许多影像艺术家的一种工作方法。展出的这部乌托邦主义题材下的超现实主义短片通过四段篇 章呈现。电影尝试传达虽然我们的城市持续发展，但生态环境危机却不断涌现。这部电影展现了城市发 展与乌托邦的想象之间的冲突；人类的欲望和野心迫使动物迁徙；大自然遭到城市吞噬；人与自然能否和谐共处。

电影、实验短片、影像装置、动画、定格、影像艺术、新媒体技术……交织在这些名称中的，是移动影像对人类的诱惑。法国学者贝尔纳·斯蒂格勒（Bernard Stiegler）对电影、时间、技术的讨论，将观影的经历，看作现代人用一种慵懒的方法排除烦恼的选择，他如此看待电影的职责，把看电影当作我们将烦恼转移为一种新精力的体验。或许，我们可以看到，当移动影像被呈现在艺术展览中的时候，它们具有了更多的个人特征和自我表达，用移动影像和流动的时间带观众去体验现实的另一种幻象。

希望我们的观众通过观看我们的展览，对乌托邦有更多的了解和认识，用批判性的眼光看待我们当下的社会环境。在我们展览中还设计了一棵金属制作的大树，观众们可以写下自己对乌托邦的理解和想象然后悬挂在树上，另外树上还悬挂了一些透明小板，我们邀请的专家和学者会在板子上写下他们对乌托邦的解析引导和教育我们的普通观众。这是一个充满教育意义和研究价值的活动，曼谷是一个国际性的旅游城市，这也帮助我们在普及乌托邦概念的同时收集到不同社会背景中大众的思想。

This art exhibition primarily showcases the short film "Utopia: Feed Your Thoughts," which shares its name with the exhibition's theme. This is an exhibition with research, exploration, and educational significance. Through this platform, we aim to gather people's imaginations about a utopian society from the real world. This exhibition is also an innovative experiment in art exhibitions. By bringing the art exhibit into Bangkok's largest commercial shopping district, we attracted audiences of different ages and social backgrounds. By collecting viewers' imaginations and understandings of utopia, we hope to make more people aware of and think about how the current social environment impacts their lives.

As the curator of this exhibition and the director of the short film, Lei Yang believes that the diversity of exhibition formats and the contemporary nature of the works will provide audiences with different viewing and exhibition experiences. Using old films and video materials as resources and adopting a cultural archaeological approach to explore archival materials that reflect contemporary social issues and thoughts is a working method for many video artists. The surrealist short film with a utopian theme presented in this exhibition is divided into four chapters. The film attempts to convey that while our cities continue to develop, ecological crises keep emerging. The film depicts the conflict between urban development and utopian imagination; human desires and ambitions forcing animal migration; nature being devoured by cities; and the question of whether humans and nature can coexist harmoniously.

Film, experimental shorts, video installations, animation, stop-motion, video art, new media technology... interwoven among these names is the allure of moving images for humanity. French scholar Bernard Stiegler's discussion on film, time, and technology views the movie-watching experience as a modern method to lazily eliminate troubles. He sees this as the role of film, turning watching movies into an experience where we transfer our worries into a new form of energy. Perhaps, we can see that when moving images are presented in art exhibitions, they gain more personal characteristics and self-expression, using moving images and flowing time to lead the audience to experience another illusion of reality.

We hope that through viewing our exhibition, our audience will gain more understanding and knowledge about utopia, critically examining our current social environment. In our exhibition, we have also designed a large metal tree where visitors can write down their interpretations and imaginations of utopia and hang them on the tree. Additionally, some transparent boards are hung on the tree where invited experts and scholars will write their analyses of utopia to guide and educate our general audience. This is an activity filled with educational significance and research value. Bangkok, being an international tourist city, helps us gather thoughts from people of different social backgrounds while spreading the concept of utopia.
